Caroline Leon Guerrero Santos, also known by many as Line, Baby Line, Mommy Line, or Ma, was laid to eternal rest on April 16, 2021 at the age of 77. She is predeceased by her parents Edmund and Mariquita Olsen (Leon Guerrero), and Louie Furtado; Her husband Manuel Blas Santos; Her Brothers Edmund Olsen and Charlie Olsen; Her Daughter Sitara Santos.
Originating from Guam in the village of Agana Heights, she concurrently worked multiple jobs in both retail and with different sectors for the Government of Guam for many years. She was loved by all for her kindness and exemplary work ethics. She instilled in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren that if you want to achieve anything in life, to work hard and fiercely pursue it; and that anything worth pursuing is attainable.
She traveled to and resided in Mississippi, Washington, California, Oregon, South Carolina, and then permanently resided in Alabama. She was firm, but gentle with a loving and kind heart. She had placed great emphasis on values that “family comes first,” to never lose contact with one another, and to never forget where you came from.
She helped who needed it the most and had a prayer ready at any given moment. She was graceful and always with a sweet smile, she made everyone around her feel so comfortable which invitingly allowed all into her vast network of family and friends.
